This document provides a convenient place to list what arrangements you have made, and is a place to record where valuable documents are kept. I'm normally not someone that writes reviews but I wanted to share my experience at Fulton Gardens. My mother was admitted there for therapy after a pretty severe stroke. She needed quite a bit of therapy and we were not sure she would ever be able to return home, but Fulton Gardens staff was there every step of the way. They explained and support us from the insurance, and financial questions, to the health and rehabilitation concerns. The nurses and CNAs were so attentive and caring throughout Mom's stay. After several weeks of therapy she had made an amazing recovery. She was able to return to her own home and is doing well! Thank you Fulton Gardens staff for all your help!

I couldn’t ask for better care. This place is 5 stars but I think it should be 8! The meals were delicious and the nurses were so good to me.
The nurses here are fantastic! Everyone is so sweet and helpful when I need it. Great crew! Food is also very good.
Everyone here has been very good to me. The nurses come right away when I need them.
The nurses are very gentle and take their time with me. I am very pleased with all of the staff.
